data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The NHS in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland wanted to find out the views and opinions of children, young people (11-25 years old), families and staff about their experiences and knowledge of healthcare locally.<\/p><p>Children and young people are experiencing a world very differently to how adults experienced it in their youth. Young people also operate and exist in different spaces and may not respond to traditional engagement methods and timelines.<\/p><p>This was the first large scale engagement of its kind to be undertaken in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. The insights and knowledge gained will be used to improve services and ultimately enhance the health and wellbeing of children and young people.\u00a0 We also wanted to ensure that this isn\u2019t research in isolation and the voice of young people is at the centre of healthcare into the future.<\/p><p>This was an exciting chance to shape healthcare for children and young people in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. We wanted to hear from:<\/p><ul><li>People who are 11-25 years old, living in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland<\/li><li>Families of people who are 11-25 year olds<\/li><li>NHS and healthcare staff providing services to people who are 11-25 years old<\/li><\/ul><p>This engagement will be the start of a long dialogue and conversation between children, young people and their families and the NHS.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-particle_enable=\"false\"
