All patients aged 16 and over registered at a GP practice in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland were invited to tell us about their most recent experiences of care. Their responses will help local services improve.

What happens next?

All the feedback people have provided will be independently analysed and evaluated. A report of findings will be produced and presented to the Integrated Care Board during a public meeting.

The Report of Findings will be carefully considered to inform any decisions that the ICB make.

The details of the meeting will be published on this website in due course. If you wish to attend, you will need to register in advance.

We will also publish the report on this website and communicate further information about the outcome of the engagement including the improvements that will be made.
