24/7 Helping Hands Service is a small domiciliary care provider based in Leicester providing care to adults with dementia, autism, physical and mental disabilities and other health conditions. We provide personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation and much more, all in the comfort of our service users’ homes.

Action Homeless is a thriving local charity (no.702230) and social enterprise committed to breaking the cycle of homelessness in Leicestershire.
We have been based in Leicester for 50 years and help individuals and families from across the city and county. Last year alone, we provided emergency housing and specialist support to 463 people and helped 139 people move into permanent and secure homes.
Active Together are here to make physical activity and sport more accessible and part of our everyday lives. We aim to both help the people of Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland get moving a little more, in their own way as well helping organisations and individuals support more people to be active and move more.
ADAPT supports parents and families of premature and poorly babies needing specialist neonatal care. There is no disputing the fact that the babies get the best clinical care but for the parents it's one of the most traumatic times of their lives not knowing whether their new baby will survive, this is where the ADAPT support steps in to help them cope with their rollercoaster journey.
The Adhar Project team is made up of a variety of caring people, who are all dedicated to ensuring the betterment of people's mental health in Leicester. We come from a variety of backgrounds, communities and faiths, collectively making a strong team that represents the community with the goal of providing community support services to people who are suffering from mental health difficulties.
Affinity Trust is a registered charity and regulated by the Care Quality Commission. We support over 900 people with learning disabilities across England, enabling them to live as independently as possible. We support people with more complex needs including autism, mental health needs, and profound and multiple learning disabilities. We aim to ensure that those we support can live life to the full. Many of the people we support used to live in institutional settings, like hospitals. Supported living is our preferred model of support. We also deliver outreach, opportunities and residential services.
African Network is an organisation for Africans and those of African heritage who share and believes in the furtherance of the objectives of the Africans. Members are Africans and those of Africa heritage living in Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland. The organisation’s primary goal is to share ideas, information and network with each all Africans. The anatomies of the organisation are to empower, support, promote and embed Africans into the mainstream services that are available as well as raised the aspirations of members and their communities to achieve their full potentials.
