Organisation description

Equality Action was established in 1969 and is a registered Charity. Our mission is to promote equality and diversity, dignity, and respect through inclusion.

We work across Charnwood offering a range of support and advice services, providing a holistic approach to our work with strong partnerships alongside our health and wellbeing support projects. We help the disadvantaged within our community to identify and overcome the barriers and tackle the inequalities they face in today’s society. We offer a safe space embedded within communities providing support with a deep understanding of cultural barriers and language support.
