24/7 Helping Hands Service is a small domiciliary care provider based in Leicester providing care to adults with dementia, autism, physical and mental disabilities and other health conditions. We provide personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation and much more, all in the comfort of our service users’ homes.
African Network is an organisation for Africans and those of African heritage who share and believes in the furtherance of the objectives of the Africans. Members are Africans and those of Africa heritage living in Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland. The organisation’s primary goal is to share ideas, information and network with each all Africans. The anatomies of the organisation are to empower, support, promote and embed Africans into the mainstream services that are available as well as raised the aspirations of members and their communities to achieve their full potentials.
Dove Cottage was founded in 1996 and provides hospice day care within the local community. Based in Stathern near Melton Mowbray we care for up to 100 families each week across NE Leicestershire, SW Lincolnshire, Rutland and SE Nottinghamshire. We offer high quality palliative care to people with any palliative diagnosis and offer a dementia and bereavement outreach service. We have a particular focus on wellbeing and therapy sessions for guests and their carers and offer tailormade support unique to each situation. The services we offer are completely free to attend.

Established in 2011, Health Link Services (UK) is a growing Accredited Social Enterprise Training provider which delivers tailor made bespoke short courses or longer-term training programs. Our company is accredited with the Advantage Independent Accreditation in Learning. We are a member of Association of Health Care Trainers (AoHT), and we also work in partnership with De Montfort University in Leicester (UK). We provide free, high quality, compassionate care and support to terminally ill adult patients, their family and carers across Leicestershire & Rutland.
We provide emergency food & supplies for residents who are referred to us in financial crisis in the Harborough and Blaby District Areas and signpost clients to other agencies who may be able to alleviate their situation.
A Parish Council provides assistance, advice & provides facilities to the local community. It also has representatives on other local charities, Boards & Voluntary organisations. We also take an interest in the two primary schools & donate prizes to outstanding students, maintain parish assets e.g memorial gardens & othe items of public furniture.
