I have given my consent (or consent on behalf of my child/relative/other) for photographs or film to be used and retained by Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Integrated Care Board (LLR ICB) and partners for publicity purposes. This includes internal and external marketing material, posters, publication on the LLR ICB website, annual reports, newsletters, consultation documents, magazines and social networking websites, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and X.
