Circulus for Men is a community focused men\u2019s wellbeing initiative built around conversation, connection, and support. Through regular groups known as The Circle, men come together in a safe, confidential, and non judgemental space to talk openly about life, mental health, relationships, stress, work, and personal growth. Some men speak, others simply listen, but all men are welcome. The combines peer support, education, and research informed approaches to promote long term wellbeing and reduce isolation.
