Od 1 lipca 2023 r. zmienia si\u0119 spos\u00f3b, w jaki cz\u0142onkowie spo\u0142ecze\u0144stwa sk\u0142adaj\u0105 skargi na us\u0142ugi podstawowej opieki zdrowotnej. Us\u0142ugi podstawowej opieki zdrowotnej to na og\u00f3\u0142 us\u0142ugi zdrowotne \u015bwiadczone poza szpitalem; obejmuj\u0105 one przychodnie lekarskie, dentyst\u00f3w, optyk\u00f3w i us\u0142ugi farmaceutyczne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ka\u017cdy ma prawo do z\u0142o\u017cenia skargi dotycz\u0105cej dowolnego aspektu opieki, leczenia lub us\u0142ug NHS, co jest zapisane w ustawie Konstytucja NHS <\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cz\u0142onkowie spo\u0142ecze\u0144stwa s\u0105 nadal zach\u0119cani do zg\u0142aszania swoich w\u0105tpliwo\u015bci bezpo\u015brednio do \u015bwiadczeniodawcy podstawowej opieki zdrowotnej w pierwszej kolejno\u015bci, poniewa\u017c mo\u017ce to doprowadzi\u0107 do szybszego rozwi\u0105zania. Maj\u0105 jednak r\u00f3wnie\u017c mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 z\u0142o\u017cenia skargi do komisarza s\u0142u\u017cby. Do tej pory by\u0142a to NHS England, ale od 1 lipca wi\u0119kszo\u015b\u0107 us\u0142ug podstawowej opieki zdrowotnej b\u0119dzie zlecana przez lokaln\u0105 rad\u0119 ds. opieki zintegrowanej (ICB).    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pacjenci w Leicester, Leicestershire i Rutland (LLR) powinni zatem kierowa\u0107 wszelkie skargi dotycz\u0105ce us\u0142ug podstawowej opieki zdrowotnej do LLR ICB.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n
