Mo\u017ce to prowadzi\u0107 do stulejki, stanu, w kt\u00f3rym napletek jest zbyt ciasny, aby mo\u017cna go by\u0142o odci\u0105gn\u0105\u0107 od g\u0142\u00f3wki pr\u0105cia (\u017co\u0142\u0119dzi). Obydwa mog\u0105 by\u0107 wskazaniami do obrzezania.<br><br>\u2013 Balanitis Xerotica Obliterans, inaczej znany jako liszaj twardzinowy m\u0119skich narz\u0105d\u00f3w p\u0142ciowych lub pr\u0105cia.<br>     . Wzgl\u0119dne wskazania do obrzezania lub innej operacji napletka obejmuj\u0105:<br>    . Zapobieganie zaka\u017ceniom dr\u00f3g moczowych u pacjent\u00f3w z nieprawid\u0142owymi drogami moczowymi  <br>    . Nawracaj\u0105ca parafimoza, zdefiniowana jako powtarzaj\u0105ce si\u0119 epizody leczone w ramach podstawowej opieki zdrowotnej LUB pojedynczy<br>     odcinek wymagaj\u0105cy natychmiastowej pomocy w drugim samochodzie<br>    . Uraz (np. uraz zamka b\u0142yskawicznego)<br>    . Napi\u0119ty napletek powoduj\u0105cy b\u00f3l podczas podniecenia\/zak\u0142\u00f3caj\u0105cy funkcje seksualne<br>    .
