Je\u015bli BMI nie mie\u015bci si\u0119 w kryterium, nie zostanie zbadana. Po przeskanowaniu pacjenta raport zostanie przes\u0142any do specjalisty zajmuj\u0105cego si\u0119 chirurgi\u0105 plastyczn\u0105<br>\u00a0<br>Po zatwierdzeniu informacja zostanie przekazana do oddzia\u0142u chirurgii plastycznej i wyznaczona zostanie wizyta oceniaj\u0105ca.<br>\u00a0<br>Je\u017celi leczenie nie zostanie zatwierdzone, lekarz rodzinny powinien om\u00f3wi\u0107 wynik z pacjentem i alternatywne opcje<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Zgoda na ocen\u0119 nie jest gwarancj\u0105 operacji.
