Osoba odpowiedzialna za chirurgi\u0119 plastyczn\u0105 potwierdzi lekarzowi rodzinnemu i pacjentowi otrzymanie wniosku, a tak\u017ce wynik.

Pacjent zostanie poproszony o stawienie si\u0119 w Body Aspects na badanie, podczas kt\u00f3rego lekarz rodzinny potwierdzi, \u017ce pacjent spe\u0142nia kryterium BMI. Je\u015bli BMI nie mie\u015bci si\u0119 w kryterium, nie zostanie zbadana. Po przeskanowaniu pacjenta raport zostanie przes\u0142any do specjalisty zajmuj\u0105cego si\u0119 chirurgi\u0105 plastyczn\u0105

Po zatwierdzeniu informacja zostanie przekazana do oddzia\u0142u chirurgii plastycznej i wyznaczona zostanie wizyta oceniaj\u0105ca.

Je\u017celi leczenie nie zostanie zatwierdzone, lekarz rodzinny powinien om\u00f3wi\u0107 wynik z pacjentem i alternatywne opcje<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Zgoda na ocen\u0119 nie jest gwarancj\u0105 operacji. Mog\u0105 istnie\u0107 inne czynniki, kt\u00f3re zadecyduj\u0105 o tym, czy operacja jest odpowiedni\u0105 opcj\u0105 dla pacjenta.
