Kryteria progowe<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Miejscowe opatrunki podci\u015bnieniowe (TNP), znane r\u00f3wnie\u017c jako opatrunki do zamykania ran wspomaganych pr\u00f3\u017cniowo (VAC\u2122), wykorzystuj\u0105 drena\u017c wspomagany pr\u00f3\u017cniowo w celu usuni\u0119cia krwi lub p\u0142ynu surowiczego z rany lub miejsca operacji w celu zwi\u0119kszenia szybko\u015bci gojenia si\u0119 ran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Obecna praktyka polega na stosowaniu opatrunk\u00f3w VAC na kilka r\u00f3\u017cnych typ\u00f3w ran, w tym na odle\u017cyny, rany stopy cukrzycowej z chronicznym zaka\u017ceniem i rany pooperacyjne, w przypadku kt\u00f3rych wydzielina z rany jest obfita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je\u015bli to mo\u017cliwe, nale\u017cy zasi\u0119gn\u0105\u0107 opinii piel\u0119gniarki oceniaj\u0105cej \u017cywotno\u015b\u0107 tkanek w kwestii decyzji o zastosowaniu TNP.

\u2013 Wszystkich pacjent\u00f3w stosuj\u0105cych opatrunki TNP nale\u017cy monitorowa\u0107 pod k\u0105tem poprawy i wra\u017ce\u0144 pacjenta. Nale\u017cy przeprowadza\u0107 regularne audyty stosowania.

\u2013 Szpital wypisuj\u0105cy jest odpowiedzialny za zapewnienie opatrunk\u00f3w i sprz\u0119tu TNP na 3 dni.
