Aproximativ 1 din 3 b\u0103rba\u021bi \u0219i 1 din 2 femei nu sunt suficient de activi pentru o s\u0103n\u0103tate bun\u0103.<\/p><p>Se \u0219tie c\u0103 activitatea fizic\u0103 are beneficii semnificative asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii \u0219i bun\u0103st\u0103rii, reduc\u00e2nd riscul afec\u021biunilor precum bolile de inim\u0103, diabetul, demen\u021ba, depresia \u0219i cancerul, reduc\u00e2nd \u00een acela\u0219i timp mortalitatea de orice cauz\u0103 cu 30%. Daca ar exista o pastila la fel de eficienta, am recomanda-o tuturor pacientilor nostri!<\/p><p>Ar trebui s\u0103 promov\u0103m \u00een mod obi\u0219nuit beneficiile activit\u0103\u021bii fizice prin luarea urm\u0103toarelor m\u0103suri:<\/p><ul><li>Educa\u021bi pacien\u021bii \u0219i personalul cu privire la beneficiile activit\u0103\u021bii fizice \u0219i sus\u021bine\u021bi mi\u0219carea mai mult. Aceasta poate include informa\u021bii relevante pentru anumite condi\u021bii de s\u0103n\u0103tate (a se vedea resursele de informa\u021bii).<\/li><li>Lua\u021bi \u00een considerare \u00eenscrierea pentru a fi o practic\u0103 activ\u0103 pentru a sprijini at\u00e2t bun\u0103starea personalului, c\u00e2t \u0219i a pacien\u021bilor.<\/li><\/ul><p><span
