data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Serviciile de nivelul doi ofer\u0103 un nivel mai ridicat de asisten\u021b\u0103 Leicestershire<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 Conecteaz\u0103 familiile cu servicii, sprijin \u0219i activit\u0103\u021bi locale pentru a ajuta copiii \u0219i tinerii s\u0103 se dezvolte.\u00a0<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/families.leicester.gov.uk\/family-hubs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Centrele familiale din Leicester City<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 Centrele familiale ofer\u0103 ajutor \u0219i sprijin familiilor cu copii \u0219i tineri, reunind o varietate de servicii \u00eentr-un singur loc \u0219i facilit\u00e2nd accesul la \u00eengrijirea \u0219i \u00eendrumarea de care ave\u021bi nevoie.\u00a0<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leicspart.nhs.uk\/service\/nutrition-and-dietetics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Serviciul de Nutri\u021bie \u0219i Dietetic\u0103 al Trustului de Parteneriat Leicestershire<\/strong><\/a><\/p><p><strong>Serviciu de gestionare a greut\u0103\u021bii Tier 2 Plus.<\/strong> Acest serviciu a fost \u00eenfiin\u021bat cu titlu de prob\u0103 \u0219i s-a \u00eencheiat pe 31<sup>st<\/sup> Martie 2025. Nu exist\u0103 niciun \u00eenlocuitor pentru acest serviciu.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c96127e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c96127e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Servicii specializate de gestionare a greut\u0103\u021bii de nivel 3<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-375b580 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"375b580\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00cen Leicester, Leicestershire \u0219i Rutland exist\u0103 un serviciu pilot de gestionare a greut\u0103\u021bii pentru copii \u0219i tineri (C&amp;YP) de nivel 3, care se \u00eencheie la 31 martie 2027. Serviciul ofer\u0103 sprijin personalizat din partea unei echipe multidisciplinare, care ar putea include medica\u021bie.<\/p><p>Pentru a se asigura c\u0103 pacien\u021bii care se afl\u0103 deja pe lista de a\u0219teptare pot fi consulta\u021bi \u0219i gestiona\u021bi \u00eenainte de sf\u00e2r\u0219itul programului pilot, serviciul nu accept\u0103 noi trimiteri. Serviciul va continua s\u0103 gestioneze copiii \u0219i tinerii afla\u021bi deja \u00een grija sa p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een martie 2027.<\/p><p>Sper\u0103m s\u0103 putem oferi un serviciu revizuit de nivel trei \u00een viitor.
