NICE estimeaz\u0103 c\u0103 peste 23% din popula\u021bia Regatului Unit cu v\u00e2rsta peste 60 de ani are AK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Riscul ca AK s\u0103 se transforme \u00eentr-un carcinom cu celule scuamoase este foarte sc\u0103zut, riscul cre\u0219te \u00een timp \u0219i cu c\u00e2t persoana are mai multe leziuni. Prezen\u021ba a 10 leziuni AK este asociat\u0103 cu un risc 14% de a dezvolta un carcinom cu celule scuamoase \u00een decurs de 5 ani<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cre\u0219terea recent\u0103, durerea, sensibilitatea, s\u00e2ngerarea sau ulcera\u021bia sugereaz\u0103 transformarea \u00eentr-un carcinom cu celule scuamoase \u0219i ar trebui privite ca un steag ro\u0219u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibilitate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>LLR ICB va finan\u021ba trimiterea de \u00eengrijire secundar\u0103 numai atunci c\u00e2nd sunt \u00eendeplinite urm\u0103toarele criterii<\/strong><br><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><br>\u00b7 Preocuparea celulelor scuamoase se refer\u0103 prin calea dermatologiei 2WW<br>\u00b7 E\u0219ecul de a r\u0103spunde la tratament \u00een asisten\u021ba medical\u0103 primar\u0103<br>\u00b7 Pacient imunodeprimat, \u00een special pacien\u021bi post-transplant<br><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><br><strong>F\u0103r\u0103 tratament specific<\/strong> este necesar pentru leziunile superficiale, izolate, care nu provoac\u0103 niciun disconfort.
