Echipa de calitate \u0219i siguran\u021b\u0103 a Leicester, Leicestershire \u0219i Rutland Integrated Care Board (LLR ICB), al\u0103turi de GP Clinical Load for Quality \u2013 Dr Nick Glover, au transformat un proces de asigurare a punerii \u00een func\u021biune \u00eentr-un set de instrumente digital de sprijin pentru practicile GP. Setul de instrumente a permis \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021biri durabile ale calit\u0103\u021bii rezultatelor \u0219i experien\u021belor pacien\u021bilor pentru peste un milion <\/strong>pacienti la nivel local; \u0219i a demonstrat scalabilitatea \u0219i r\u0103sp\u00e2ndirea la nivel local, regional \u0219i na\u021bional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Nick Glover a spus: \u201eSetul de instrumente \u00eencurajeaz\u0103 practicile GP, \u00eentr-un mod de sprijin, s\u0103 se uite la propriile sisteme \u0219i procese pentru a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi siguran\u021ba pacien\u021bilor \u0219i rezisten\u021ba la practic\u0103. Evalu\u0103rile CQC sunt de acord c\u0103 implementarea \u0219i suportul partajat prin intermediul setului de instrumente au avut ca rezultat servicii GP mai sigure \u0219i de calitate superioar\u0103 \u00een LLR. Din 2021-22 p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2023-24, evalu\u0103rile CQC ale practicilor LLR care au completat setul de instrumente au crescut de la 56% \u201ebine\u201d la 92%, cu o reducere a evalu\u0103rilor generale \u201einadecvate\u201d de la 13% la 1%.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
