Leicestershire Health Informatics Service (LHIS) played a key role in\u00a0supporting the digital delivery and enablement\u00a0of this work, contributing to the success of the Virtual Care (Doccla) programme.<\/p><p><strong>Improving Mental Health through Digital<\/strong><br \/>Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust, working in partnership with Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, won for their work with <em>Chat Mental Health<\/em>, using digital tools to improve access and support for people experiencing mental health challenges.<\/p><p><strong>Driving interoperability and digital standards across health and care<\/strong><br \/>The Interweave Shared Care Record partnership was recognised for its work enabling professionals across organisations to securely access and share patient information, supporting more joined-up care.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Highly commended<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Digital Leader of the Year (Highly Commended)<\/strong><br \/>Gurnak Singh Dosanjh, Deputy Chief Clinical Information Officer at LLR ICB, was recognised for his leadership in driving digital transformation across the system.<\/p><p><strong>Digital Transformation Organisation of the Year (Highly Commended)<\/strong><br \/>University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust (in partnership with University Hospitals of Northamptonshire) received recognition for their work to embed digital innovation at scale.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>What this means for our system<\/strong><\/p><p>These national awards highlight the strength of partnership working across LLR and beyond.
