Reaching People is a ready-made consortium of local Voluntary and Community Sector organisations working across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland aiming to:
- deliver significant, improved, and lasting impact and outcomes for local vulnerable people, and
-- enable the development and provision of high- quality interventions providing significant return on investment.
We facilitate integrated and partnership working across the VCSE and enable the coproduction of solutions to promote equality, alleviate poverty and reduce health inequalities.
We have a track-record of delivering innovative, high-quality solutions improving health & wellbeing, homelessness, access to information, advice and guidance, and learning and training.
Our goal at Real Purpose is to help people from disadvantaged groups enter education, voluntary or paid work and most importantly, sustain that work to the benefit of their mental health, confidence, quality of life and community. At Real Purpose, we're dedicated to helping individuals discover meaningful opportunities tailored to their skills and aspirations, supporting their journey towards recovery and/or a better life. We provide employment, volunteering and learning advice and support on a one-to-one and/ or group basis. We also deliver group-based training in vocational skills, personal development and job preparation.
Regul8 Mental Health & Well-being is a Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to promoting mental health and well-being among children, young people, and families in Leicestershire. It focuses on a range of services aimed at enhancing emotional awareness, self-regulation, and social-emotional learning for children and young people. Regul8 also supports the entire family dynamic, including parents and caregivers. Regul8 work in schools, homes and in the community through groups.
We are RNID: the national charity supporting the 12 million people in the UK who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus. Together, we will end the discrimination faced by our communities, help people hear better now and fund world-class research to restore hearing and silence tinnitus.

We inspire and enable people to give the gift of voluntary service to meet the needs of the day. Through the power of volunteering, we provide one-to-one, group and online services that improve health and wellbeing, resilience, confidence and connections.
The RCC help to improve wellbeing, increase resilience, and tackle disadvantage in rural communities across Leicestershire & Rutland.
Over time, we have been required to adopt a very flexible approach, constantly growing our knowledge and adapting our work to meet the evolving needs and priorities of rural communities. We are using our experience to take simple but effective action to CARE for people and organisations facing issues such as loneliness, isolation, poor mental wellbeing, suicide, unemployment, deprivation and the decline of valuable rural facilities and services.

The Rutland Foodbank is a registered charity in England & Wales Number 1158460. It is part of the wider Trussell Trust Network
Rutland Foodbank's Objective
.. the prevention or relief of poverty or financial hardship of people living in Rutland and neighbouring districts by providing food and other items and services, information. Advice, education and supporting in such other ways as the trustees shall from time to time see fit (July 2014)
Sharing the sport of sailing with those who have a wide range and degree of disability, through recreation, training & racing - towards the limits of individual aspirations. Ranging from learning to sail, the satisfaction of sailing solo, racing at local level or simply enjoying the sensation of being out on the water in a beautiful setting such as Rutland Water. Our members age range from 7 years to 90 years.
