The Way of the Horse is an award-winning equine facilitated learning centre dedicated to helping children and adults with emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties. Many of those we help are from disadvantaged backgrounds and/or have experienced significant trauma. Our centre also offers staff wellbeing, stress management, team building and leadership development services.

Together Against Cancer is committed to helping people diagnosed with cancer. We equip patients and carers with knowledge and tools to empower them to take control of their own health.
From our Education and Wellness Centre in Leicester we provide a range of free cancer support services, including complementary therapies, workshops, counselling and events. In addition to this, we provide support, videos, recipes and more via our member-only online community, the T.A.C. Healing Hub, which is free for cancer patients and carers anywhere in the UK.
Totstime is a parent/carer baby and toddler group for local families.
Held at Sapcote Scout Centre every Thursday from 10am till 11.30am, the group offer families to meet other parents/caters and grandparents whilst providing a safe and entertaining environment for babies and children from birth to 4 years old. Sometimes running sessions during the school holiday’s too.
There is a weekly sensory area, together with crafts, free play, refreshments and a sing along session at the end. £3.50 per family

Twins at Totstime is a parent/carer baby & toddler group for families with twins and multiples held in Sapcote, Leicestershire.
Our intention within the group is to offer friendship, advice and support to our families, whilst providing a safe and entertaining environment for babies/children from 0 - 4 years old.
Meetings are held every Monday at Sapcote Scout Centre from 10am till 11.30am - £3.50 per family
We deliver educational self-defence programmes for women, girls, marginalised communities, and trauma-affected individuals across Leicestershire and the Midlands. Our goal is to strengthen community safety, healing, empowerment, and wellbeing through accessible, trauma-informed self-defence training and movement-based recovery programmes tailored to people’s needs. By responding to the distinct needs of each community, we address the full range of violence these groups may face and help build confidence, resilience, and personal agency.
A group representing the residents of Uppingham and ensuring they are well informed, are engaged, and can take advantage of local services.
