The Essential Baby Co CIC is a dynamic force dedicated to enabling positive change in underrepresented communities. We develop and project manage community-driven initiatives that ignite transformative solutions. Our commitment is to empower underrepresented communities while prioritising unmet needs in perinatal services. Through the haPPIE® initiative, we champion active participation ensuring that voices are heard, needs are met, and solutions are co-created. Every community project contributes to our overarching goal: eliminating healthcare disparities, drive eliminating healthcare disparities, driving inclusivity, and advocating for equitable opportunities.

Totstime is a parent/carer baby and toddler group for local families.
Held at Sapcote Scout Centre every Thursday from 10am till 11.30am, the group offer families to meet other parents/caters and grandparents whilst providing a safe and entertaining environment for babies and children from birth to 4 years old. Sometimes running sessions during the school holiday’s too.
There is a weekly sensory area, together with crafts, free play, refreshments and a sing along session at the end. £3.50 per family
Twins at Totstime is a parent/carer baby & toddler group for families with twins and multiples held in Sapcote, Leicestershire.
Our intention within the group is to offer friendship, advice and support to our families, whilst providing a safe and entertaining environment for babies/children from 0 - 4 years old.
Meetings are held every Monday at Sapcote Scout Centre from 10am till 11.30am - £3.50 per family
At Women 4 Change Leicester, we empower and uplift the most deprived, underrepresented women, men, young people in St. Matthews & surrounding areas. Founded by local mothers, we address critical community needs such as access to health, housing, education, and employment. We understand the unique challenges faced by our community, especially during crises like COVID-19 & the cost-of-living crisis.
Our services include education, advocacy, language support, and connections to essential resources through partnerships with health providers, police, and other statutory services.
