Threshold Criteria Dupuytren’s disease (Dupuytren’s contracture) is a condition that affects the hands and fingers. It can cause one or more fingers to bend into the palm of the hand. It can affect one or both hands, and sometimes affect the thumb

Eligibility

LLR ICB will fund surgical treatment when
 
·         Conservative and non – operative treatment tried
 
AND
 
·         Patient has flexion deformity in one or more joints of the digits ( MCP- PIP) that exceeds approximately 30 degrees with a functional loss.
