How to get an appointment Westcotes Healthcare Hub

Appointments can only be booked by your GP practice during normal opening hours, if your own practice cannot provide a convenient appointment for you if you need to see a clinician urgently.

In the evening and at weekends, you can visit NHS 111 for advice, who will be able to book an out of hours appointment if appropriate.

When you arrive, you will need to register by filling out short form. This will need to be done every time you use the hub.

This will not affect your registration with your GP practice. Details of your consultation will be shared with your GP practice to update your medical practice.

When you register, you will need to give permission for a clinician to view your medical record. This information will be treated in the strictest confidence.

This healthcare hub does not provide home visits at the present time.

If you need a prescription, you will be provided with a list of nearby chemists with opening hours and telephone numbers.

Please note this service is available for patients registered with a GP practice in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
