The Bridge have been working to address homelessness within our community since 1993. We deliver specialist housing related advice, support, and assistance services, as well as accommodation options to homeless and vulnerably housed people across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland.

Our mission is to develop sustainable housing solutions for individuals and communities through partnership, empowerment, and good practice. Homelessness is a complex and individualistic issue. We work closely with local authorities and partner organisations to understand and address the root causes, prevent homelessness for those at risk, and offer care and support to people experiencing homelessness.

VISION: Healthier, happier communities for everyone.

TCV connects people and green spaces to deliver lasting outcomes for both. We work mainly in inner city areas, with people from economically challenged backgrounds. TCV does not own land or operate a membership policy. All our activities are free and accessible to all.

In 2021, TCV worked with 67,305 people delivering 41,265 workdays, transforming 1,051 green spaces. As a result of their work, 93% of volunteers felt more connected to nature, 91% learnt new skills, 81% felt more connected to their local community, 93% felt their wellbeing was improved.
