Threshold Criteria

Eligibility

The LLR ICB will only fund this procedure if the following criteria is met

·       Jaw deformities and malocclusions
Where there are significant functional and  psychosocial  effects on patients.
 
·       Cleft lip and palate, as one aspect of lifelong multidisciplinary treatment to restore form and function
 
·       Obstructive sleep apnoea
As a last resort when all else has failed
