Hinckley Rugby Club, established in 1893, is a community-centred sports organisation dedicated to promoting teamwork, discipline, and inclusivity through rugby. The club provides a supportive environment for players of all ages and abilities, from grassroots youth programs to competitive senior teams, fostering both physical fitness and personal development. Beyond rugby, the club plays a key role in the local community, offering outreach initiatives like educational workshops, social inclusion projects, and health-focused programs, including its new Dementia Programme. Hinckley Rugby Club serves as a hub for sports, social connection, and community support, striving to make a positive local impact.
We are here to respond to the Challenge of Sexual Health, HIV and social exclusion.
Our Aims and Objectives are: - To raise Awareness on HIV Prevention and Sexual Health in General.
- To provide education and Awareness on Positive sexual Health
- Outreach to the community to raise awareness on Self testing, Protection and Stigma.
-To stand against Stigma and Discrimination.
- To Extend our Testing capacity to be able to reach the undiagnosed people.
- To get more people on PrEP (Pre- Exposure Prophylaxis).
- To increase the number of Condom users.
We have a vision to make Leicester an "Area of Excellence" in support for the families of prisoners.7-5-4There are 7 key points where prisoners families intersect with the criminal justice systemWe will develop 5 strategic responses to tackle 4 factors- emotional distress- stigma- financial distress- the need for empowerment
Steps is a unique specialist centre supporting families with children who have motor delays and difficulties and any conditions that affect the acquisition of motor skills. Our sessions follow the principles of Conductive Education and the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum, in which the focus is on the potential of each and every child. The centre is an amazing facility that offers a life changing experience for the families that attend.
