We are part of a national charity which designs and produces custom made devices for people with disabilities, where no commercial equipment is available. Our devices enable people to gain more independence and live a more fulfilled life. Our service is free of charge and anyone can ask for our help.
We develop and deliver ,creative partnership working between young people, schools, community groups , public and business sector . We focus on working with community groups and young people who are vulnerable and isolated. We have a strong fcous on supporting care experience young people, young people who are NEET and young people caught up in youth justice system. We put a lot of emphasis on the voice and lived experience of young people and community groups we work with, driving our work.
Leicestershire Shared Reading is a voluntary organisation, working in partnership with Leicestershire County Council's library service to support a thriving network of ‘Make Friends, with a Book’ shared reading groups.

The groups, led by volunteer Reader Leaders, meet weekly either via Zoom or in person at public libraries around the county and are open to anyone to drop in and sit for a while, listening to stories and poems being read aloud.
We provide free, high quality, compassionate care and support to terminally ill adult patients, their family and carers across Leicestershire & Rutland.
Since 2015, we have provided a range of supportive and therapeutic activities for adults living with enduring mental health issues in the Charnwood area. We work in partnership with other VCS groups (e.g. Carers Centre) as well as local partners, including Local Area Coordinators, Social Prescribers and the Integrated Care Network.
We run weekly Wellbeing Cafes as well as creative groups, such as the popular Stitching Well group, and the weekly Veterans Wellbeing Hub.
Love4Life is the primary programme delivered by TwentyTwenty. We specialise in supporting vulnerable girls aged 11-18 in Leicester, Leicestershire & Derby to develop their self-esteem and form positive and empowering relationships. We deliver Love4Life groups and one-to-one support in schools and the community, as well as offering Relationships & Sex Education workshops.
All our work embeds positive self-worth, body image and the handling of emotions in order to help a young person become more resilient. Our belief is that once young people feel good about themselves they are more likely to make positive choices in their health and relationships.
Our purpose is to reduce social and rural isolation by providing transport services to the residents of Lutterworth and the surrounding villages (including Broughton Astley) using cars and minibuses driven by volunteer drivers.

Somali Development Services (SDS) is established in 2001 as a pilot project and became a company limited with guarantee in 2003 and 2017 became Community Interest Company. The key aim of Somali Development Services is empowering and supporting Somali Community and other ethnic minority communities that are not accessing mainstream services and are socially disadvantaged or at risk of social exclusion.
SDS provides various services for the Somali community and different ethnic minorities in Leicester.
