Creative Futures Midlands was set up to work with disadvantaged individuals to improve their mental health, well-being and life circumstances through teaching craft and life skills and the creation of community gardens.
What we do

Fitness Without Boundaries is a small charity, based in Northampton, which aims to make fitness and wellbeing accessible and inclusive to everyone. With classes across the local counties, our own Wellness Hub, and expert instructors, we offer support to people with short and long-term illnesses, injuries, and disabilities.
Action Deafness is a national Deaf-led charitable company which provides flagship services in community & care support, communications interpreting and local Hubs Connect (Information, Advice & Guidance)

Tellmi is a free digital mental health service for adults and young people aged 11+ who live in Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland.
Tellmi provides:
Anonymous peer support, 365 days a year: Talk about whatever is on your mind with people who get what you are going through
Personalised support: Filtering by topic connects you to people who have experienced the same challenges as you
100% Pre-moderation: All posts and replies are premoderated and risk assessed before publication.
Counsellor support from 8.30am to 11pm: In-house counsellors respond privately to high all risk posts
Suitable for anyone aged 11+: Tellmi is for adults and young people aged 11+

Free, scheduled 1-2-1 Tellmi Therapy with a qualified therapist: There is currently no waiting list for Tellmi Therapy and there is no threshold for treatment. Tellmi Therapy helps you to identify the strengths you already possess so that you focus on what you can do, rather than what you can’t; 75% of people who try it feel better in a single session. Freeva is a registered charity dedicated towards reducing domestic
abuse, rape and sexual violence/abuse in Leicester, Leicestershire &
Rutland. We:

- Challenge abusive behaviours, supporting those that want to change
- Educate all about healthy relationships
- Build cohesive families and communities
The Child Psychology Service is a comprehensive psychological practice for children. We specialise in trauma services for adopted children and children in care. We also offer general health and wellbeing support for families, services for schools, residential homes and fostering agencies. As well as direct assessment and therapeutic support we also offer training and consultation sessions for parents, carers and professionals.
