ICB Board Meetings

NHS Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR) is the Integrated Care Board (ICB) for LLR. The ICB began operating on 1 July and replaced the Leicester City, East Leicestershire and Rutland and West Leicestershire clinical commissioning groups.

We work in a ‘Cluster’ with Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board. This means between our two organisations we have single board, a unified leadership team and over time a shared staffing structure.

Our cluster allows us to drive forward to Ten-Year-Plan within the communities and neighbourhoods we serve, and continue to improve health outcomes while at the same time rise to the very real financial challenges we face.

We hold our board meetings in public. This means members of the public are invited to attend and observe the business of the meeting.

The next Board Meeting is:

NHS Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland ICB’s Board meeting will be held in person on Thursday 15 October 2026 at 09:30am till 11:30am, LOROS, Groby Road, Leicester, LE3 9QE .  This meeting will be held in common with the Board of NHS Northamptonshire ICB.

Meeting papers will be made available nearer the time.

If you would like to attend to observe the meeting, please email: northantsicb.board@nhs.net before 12:00pm on Tuesday 13 October 2026 to register your attendance.  Attendance will be on a first come basis so that we can comply with the health and safety requirements of the venue including meeting room capacity.

Please be advised that Observers are not permitted to join in the discussion or ask questions during the meeting. We also do not permit filming or photography before, during or following meetings.

Members of the public who have questions relating to items on the agenda are requested to submit these in writing in advance of the meeting by email: northantsicb.board@nhs.net 

Questions received after 12:00pm on Monday 12 October 2026 may not be considered.
